So Captain Jack is back!  For those who missed my favourite show (well after ‘Doctor Who’ that is…)  Torchwood is back in all it’s glory.

I love Wales and especially Cardiff.  The Lib Dems run the city after all!  Its always fascinated me that another nation can be so close but at the same time be in the same ‘Country’….

We Brits are part of a federation… I’m not going to repeat yesterdays Guardian Editorial but I think the idea of separating ‘State’ form ‘Nation’ has some merit.  I am English, British and European!

Decisions need to be taken at the lowest ‘practical’ level… But identity exist on all levels and more….
